Good answer, but which trek? Is it real Star Trek like TOS, TNG, Voyager (and to a much lesser extent, deal sleep nine and enterprise)

I had a very good night last night but am walking like John Wayne today so I'm recovering tonight!
I've spent the day in very comfy cotton pj's. Plumber finally came to fix my taps and loo so I might take a bubble bath later, but I'd need to clean the bathroom first. Not convinced I have the energy for that today |

It's TNG currently. I'm also a third of the way through season 1 of TOS, again.
