I ask because I have a fondness for Vichy Catalan sparkling water. Discovered it in Ibiza years ago. It’s got a lovely salty taste and it always tastes like it’s good for you

Downside, it’s hellishly expensive and difficult to find in the UK.

It's worth what you are willing to pay for it.

I won't pay for bottled water - it's an extravagance.

Sparkling water is essentially what I imagine TV static tastes like. However, there is such a thing as water sommeliers so there must be a difference.

I use filtered water for my coffee but there's all sorts of things about the right minerals that could determine taste so I suppose it might be worth it if you can really taste a difference.

I don’t see the value myself but I can imagine others would.

Harrogate water is the best and poshest looking in my opinion. It tastes much nicer than cheaper brands.

Have you ever seen the episode of ‘down to earth with Zac Efron’ about water?

Suggests that those expensive waters are actually very very good for you.
