I have been craving a roast all week so I've finally made a roast chicken, stuffing, yorkies, roasties and veg with gravy. Loads of leftovers for the weekend that will be used for different things.

I've just turned the oven on to cook my tea and tonight it's going to be belly pork with roast potatoes, broccoli cheese, brussels, carrot and sugar snap peas and a nice drop of thick gravy made with the meat juices.

Tonights burnt offerings was orange and lemon sea bream ceviche with griddled courgette and a burrata and walnut salad with a honey balsamic dressing.
