Electric hob and oven, hate the fact the once you turn gas off it's gone. I cook using the latent heat on the electric hob and oven

Gas hob with 5 burners, one of which is a wok burner.

And a separate single electric fan-assisted oven at ground level.

Plus a combi microwave for small portions. This I use instead of the oven when I am on my own most of the time.

I only have room in my current kitchen for a single oven. My ideal would be a double one mounted at mid height so that I do not have to keep bending down.

I LOVE designing kitchens!!!

I do a lot of pan-fry and stir-fry, and I find halogen hob not very good with stir-fry.

Hence I prefer a gas hob.
