Do you sound your age? R- older P- slightly younger
Can you tell how old someone is from their voice? Not correctly no.
Do you think you look your age? R- wish I did P- knows he doesn't! And is bloody proud of it lol  |

Saw someone I hadn't seen for about 15 years yesterday and he said I hadn't changed a bit. People always say I don't look my age but I never believe them! |

Last weekend my age was guessed to be a glowing 50, by someone who doesn't brown nose. I felt rather great, as a matter of fact, and that will have helped. Sometimes however the words hedge, drag, and backwards can also apply.
I sound the same I have done for many years.

I went to a reunion party recently with some people that I havent seen for about 30 years.
They all said the same to me - which means I must have looked like I was 50 when I was 20  |

When I was about 50, I walked into a shop with my aunt. We chatted, and a voice behind me said, "I know that voice". I vaguely recognised the man; he had been a class mate in Secondary School. Hadn't seen him since I was 18. |

Voices give me an indication of age and I usually in the right age bracket. When the voice doesn't match the age on the profile I trust my ears and it has proved correct on more than one occasion.
I look at necks and hands to try and gauge age.

You tell me  I have no idea.
When I'm well, most people say I look younger than my actual age. At the moment I don't look good because I've had an allergic reaction to something and my face is bright red and blotchy with lovely flakey patches.
My hairdresser said she thought I was in my mid-thirties and someone told my mum she'd thought I was in my twenties and was astounded when she found out how old I am. I told mum to tell the her to get to Specsavers
As to how old I sound, I don't have a clue. It's not something I have thought about.
And no, I can't tell someone's age from their voice. I also have trouble guessing people's age in person. |

we have both been told we don't look our age and look younger than our pics on here
I saw myself in a video the other night and thought I looked old (F) didn't have my glasses on though
think we sound younger too, but don't really know
feel good about this as we don't want to get old at all  |

I behave and look younger than I am, and have been informed by my bosses that I may be the oldest in the department, I am definitely not the oldest in outlook and behaviour.
Something to do with being child-free.

i have been told i look mid 30's instead of my mid 40's
my outlook is one of a younger person like my interest in new music etc
however i can also act my father sometimes which is bordering on old fartitis.
depends on how old the woman is whose feeling me is at the time. |

When answering the phone I've often been asked if my mummy or daddy can come to the phone!
As for looks, the general consensus is I look younger than 47 but how old I don't know. Anyone that wants to see a photo can ask me if they like, and then give their opinion (as long as it's "not a day over 29!") |

When clean shaven and head shaved, due to having no wrinkles or crows feet my age has been estimated to be up to 15 years less than it actually is, normally 5 -10 years though. I sound a lot younger too.
When I first joined this site I thought I'd knock a few years off because I knew I could get away with it. I've always informed meets of my true age before meeting and all but two have lied about theirs too!
So, when I eventually get my lazy arse to re-write my piss-poor profile I shall put those forgotten 8 years back. The guilt is consuming me. |

Sometimes i can be quite girlie because i do giggle quite a bit.. but other times with some effort i can add in a few posh words to make me sound a little bit well spoken and educated possibly resulting in me sounding older |
