Does anyone know why can only one of a couple get the chat rooms on one phone , but we cannot get it on our tablet or the other phone? Thank you.

Oh yeah - or that if you are trying to chat on the same profile at the same time you can't.

Depends what phone you have. You need an app if it's an apple product.

2 people can not be logged into the same account at the same time and use chat this is why I have a single persons account
