I've seen this chap live a few times and have him on my facebook. I've got to say he comes across as a really genuinely nice chap who does care for people. At the gig in Derby he halted proceedings when he discovered that some people couldn't see him properly and asked if there were any spare seats with good views and then moved them down there.
Tonight he was gigging in Lincoln and was late, so told asked the bar staff to get a round in for EVERYONE at his expense to make up for it. The bill, shown on facebook, came in at £3532.40
I suppose it can be written off as an expense and it is good publicity, but all the same, what a nice chap.  |

have to say after reading about his so called private life in the papers I thought he was a bit of an arse but....saw him on his tour last year and not only was he one of the funniest people I've seen he also came across as a really decent guy....call me fickle but he won me over. |
