I think they're meant as an aid to getting an erection, so I guess in a way the do what they say (penis enlergment) as they take you from flaccid to erect. As for enlarging your erect penis, that's bullshit. |

Its not bullshit. It increases blood flow to the erect penis so temporarily it will increase the size. |
