I have lost mine too but I'm not well at the minute. Need to get up now though I'm spending some time with my fuckbuddy today. Maybe he can help me find it |

go and empty all your drawers and/or your wardrobe - put back only what you really need - i do this a lot - takes my mind off stuff - find clothes i forgot i had - get rid of the excess to charity shop/wherever - put back in good order- maybe find motivation at the back of a drawer - if nothing else its a job that needed doing |

Ironically spending too long in the forums (or Facebook et all) will rob you of motivation and may leave you lethargic.

This is a good idea....problem for me is that I do volunteer in a charity shop...I have a rule that if I buy 2 things I must take 2 things back into the shop....
