the fact that the whole type 45 fleet have been tied up in portsmouth for a "refit " to try to combat the problem |

Do they? What's the source of that claim? the fact that the whole type 45 fleet have been tied up in portsmouth for a "refit " to try to combat the problem "
The refits have been going on since January. Presumably they want to send the ship there to see it the refit works? |
