So last night I worked over time and had a long drive ahead of me. I caved in to my moral food compass and brought a McD's!! It was ok though I hated myself for being so weak. Quarter pounder and cheese and 2 double cheeseburgers. The guilt after was immeasurable!
I've now got another long drive ahead and I fancy a McD's breakfast!
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!???
Please help me.......................... |

If I felt guilty for eating mc d's
it would open the floodgates to everything else i consume so I don't let it bother me.
I just balance it out by buying free range food when I can.
Plus I like the pickles. I usually have 2 double cheeseburgers and large fries.
I could do a few bacon or sausage mcmuffins now though.

Put one or two protein weetabix, a small low fat cherry or Strawberry yogurt and a 3/4 full glass of either almond milk, coconut milk, soya milk or low fat cows milks into a blender and blitz until smooth. Drink up! It's delicious, provided lots of wide awake energy and keeps you hunger free until lunch. |
