I have read an interesting article on the guardian website thatbthe goverment are looking to introduce a bill would block access to websites that show images of non coventianal sex acts

Picture and videos that leaves marks, urination, female ejaculation, as well as sex in a public place it is believed would be captured by this

The bill will force isps to block content that would not be certified for commercial DVD by the BBFC

This I see has a huge impact for sites like this and other sites; that host pics of people being spanked multiple digits in pussy, anus for sexual pleasure and outdoor sex pics

I just wondered what people's thoughts were

My thoughts are it is a load of bollocks. It is a completely un-necessary amendment to the bill that is completely un-enforcable and unworkable. Yes it is bad. Yes it is the govt over-reaching. But the reality is, just like the IP Bill (Snoopers Charter) it will do nothing to try and stop whatever cause some clueless MPs think they are trying to stop.

It is already illegal to publish many of those things in this country.

the point being the amendment proposes to force ISPs to *block* sites containing material they don't deem appropriate for consenting adults to view that is published (served) from *other* countries.

Well, if the images are deemed unlawful (and I am not passing judgment on that), then banning access to them seems logical.

It may seem a logic thing to try and do. But it is (speaking as someone who works on computer networks) pretty near unworkable.

Luckily most of the good seasoned producers stick within BBFC guidelines normal suck n fuck films but sadly the block doesn't end there, watersports, pissing on a third party, strong S&M, clearly showing the thump when inserting fingers etc etc are all no no's which most responsible producers stick to but the block will be anything sexual including pics & audio.

Free tube sites cause the major problems as children can easily view them so fetching in new rules closing these was needed, if its done right it will make the UK adult market smaller & manageable & out the extreme stuff.

This would only stop extreme material shot in the UK but the rest of the world will be free to do whatever they wish hence the complete block of any adult material not deemed fit by the BBFC.

I can see their reasons for blocking but I can't see how they can implicate such measures, I look forward with anticipation on how this will turn out & how peoples views on Brexit will then be with us being a free country now & all that crap.

This has now been put back to December 2018, it is merely to stop children accessing inappropriate content from what i understand of it - I'm amazed there aren't more threads about this on here

There has been threads but probably under random thread titles.

Good to know the update.

The bill to block all non credit card entry adult sites as been shelved until Dec, as I said in an earlier post on this thread Brexit as fucked this country big time so that's giving us time while they sort out their mess.

The government would love to enforce the porn ban at present (the only ban in any free civilized country), with more restrictions planned after we leave EU they realise making us a a police state is going to be a bit harder than they thought & political suicide for the government at present.
