Hi all, have over the last 12 months seen the deterioration of some swingers houses that I have met from dog smelling houses that make you gag, to single women's houses who have kids who don't use bleach or have clean towels let alone carpets in their houses, have others had the same experiences or have I been unlucky as seems that things are getting worse not better with those on here?? I'm not rich but I know how to use elbow grease, and I'm not knocking single mothers etc before others start bashing me!! but never encountered this till last 6-12 months as before most swingers met were house proud no matter their financial situations!!
my real question is what to do should I walk out and tell them?

I met a couple whose house was like that recently. My thoughts were if they can't look after thier home, do they look after themselves.
I told them that I wasn't feeling it, thanked them and left. |

i don't think it's your position to tell them. the bonds of trust aren't there to legitimately say something like that to a stranger
people are inviting a 'shag' round at the end of the day not kim & aggie !
some peoples interpretation of 'clean' is a very wide one however
i always make sure the flat is tidy, scented candles are lt etc b4 inviting someone round and appreciate it when others make their own space attractive to visitors
so if i went somewhere and there was a pungent smell, then it'd be a passion killer for me and i think i'd make my excuses
if it was just untidy or not carpeted, i'd get down to business but not stay long afterwards
but i wouldnt say am not shaggin ya -look at ur house ya scruffy bastards |

There's really no excuse not to keep your home clean and tidy, especially if you've got children around. It doesn't take much time and doesn't actually cost very much to get the basics right
If i arrived for a meet and the house was a mess, without question I would rapidly (and politely) say "ta but no ta".
If the downstairs is messy, dirty, grubby and unclean then i'd dread to see their boudoir! |

Sorry didn't mean carpeted meant not clean carpets, think need a verification system like hotels friendliness, clean, host lol.
More and I agree if house Is a state do they wash properly, doesnt have to be a palace just somewhere nice to have sex as I'm not a robot like most on here and will shag anything etc, think a bit of common decency is all I'm asking for etc from those I meet. |

have had quite a few meets where i havent been shown to a bedroom as a lot of people feel it is 'sacred ground' esp if it is a marital bed.
when entertaining here, i usually give the guy the choice of bedroom or living room - being in a flat, it's easier to ask that than if i was in a house
i have had 2 guys who i have asked to shower when they have got here too - if they av been in work all day and 'popping in' on their way home, i don't want a cock that was washed in the mornin or in the sink at work

Find it bit insulting to be invited round for sex then for someone to say your ok to come into my lounge and play on a floor but a comfy bed isn't for you lol if it's for space etc then fine if loads there and for group, but sacred beds give me a break especially when seen others fucking on it lol |

i feel ur pain
but hey it's a reality in some cases and u often never know til u turn up !
not with me btw - my guests get to go wherever they feel comfier, are always offered the shower before and after and are (in most cases) welcome to stick round a while |

I am messy, in the sense that if there is a surface, there is usually something on it kind of messy.
Hence I meet at hotels or at the gents' homes instead. |

that would be my worst nightmare.. ive met a few single guys with really awful places and made my excuses and left
left me feeling yukky and dirty (not in the good way). I could possibly accept an untidy house however there's a massive difference between that and dirty/filthy

u suffer from what is known as 'flat surface syndrome'
my mam has that, she sees a flat surface, she has to put something on it |

A few years ago, via another site, I attended a meet.
The house was tiny, everyone was gathered together on the ground floor; changing "facilities" were in the small kitchen/diner towards the rear of the house.
But it became very clear that as I undressed, I was literally sticking to the floor; other people noticed it too, such that half of those attending including myself, got dressed and left as quickly as possible!! |

My house is clean and tidy, i dont really do a big clean before a meet cause it doesnt need it. Having a new bathroom this year so thats had plenty of wear and tear and waiting for my bedroom to be decorated but i dont think anyone who has been here can call it untidy or dirty |

Lol me too, have to say thanks for the advice and I'm sure the ones who have the problem don't realise the impression it gives.
The wet dog smell house was the worst though, cut and ran very quickly awful and put me off meeting for a few weeks. |

i do actually find it quite odd that you needed to single out single mothers in your post there
even tho you went onto saying you wasnt knocking single mums you quite obviously was
anyone can have a dirty house, anyone can not use bleach and not wash towels that fact they are single parents has nothiing to do with it, their house would probably be just as bad if they was married if not worse cause then they'd have a man to not clean up ater as well
NN offended single mum |

I've yet to come across a dirty house! I always meet socially and if the man isn't erm clean looking, or smell nice, no matter how hot he looks he's not entering my home: and more to the point I wouldn't be going to his!!!
I paid a fortune last week to remove the shit my daughter brought back from uni as I'm slightly OCD when it comes to cleanliness, however I think I'd feel a bit uncomfortable and a bit paranoid if I'd met the OP and read this post and the comments on his profile!

i actually agree
theres no way id invite anyone with a profile like that back to my house, and not becase i dont think my house is ok to invite people to but because id feel like he was walking round giving each of my rooms marks out of 10 and im not here to be judged
my advice to the OP is if your so superior to other people just accommodate |

Just a thought but it might be you have dropped your standards and will meet anything rather than other people deteriorating. It often happens when someone initially think they are an 8/10 and look to meet other 8's as well as 7's and 9s. When realisation hits you are say a 3 or a 4 then you start meeting other 3's and 4's and maybe they have lower home and hygiene standards too. Just a hypothetical possibility for you to think about.

Lol didn't take the single parents long time to raise that slight point I made, in fact just so I'm being transparent the last 3 people who's house was a mess two were single mothers and one was a couple, doesnt mean I will stop meeting couples or single mothers, and as for the dog it was a guys house. So there we go!!
My point as you have obviously missed was is it acceptable to put others you have invited round through that? And being the very polite and good natured chap I am I didn't and wouldn't say it to anyone that they have an untidy house etc.
I don't have OCD etc just like to have a clean house and somewhere pleasant to have sex, that's not a crime just something for me.
As for slagging off my profile for adding my wants etc, last time I looked others discriminate against loads of things, and it's everyone's prerogative to post what they want etc.
And as I said if you don't think your house is unclean it's you lmao |

I met both the couple and one of the single women in neutral locations and all were very nice sexy and smelt well, how can you tell what state theirs is in when invited back? i do not understand how and why people choose to live in a mess, i don't think there is any need for it personally.. however its their lifestyle
if you are worried about running the risk of going to someone's house and their lifestyle choice not being up to your standards and are distressed/offended by it.. why don't you just offer to accommodate so you can not be let down or disgusted |

Not over the top at all, when the bath has loads of black mould around it, pots stacked up in sink for a week, and wet towels are left everywhere, etc etc that's not pleasant, like I said difference between untidy and unclean isn't difficult to fathom, and it's not like they didn't work or know the difference themselves infact one was a nurse in a hospital!! |

you say put others thro that? but put others thro what? everyone has different standards and they may thiink theres nothiing wrong with their house, some may come to your house and it may not be upto their standards but you obviously think its ok or your woulsnt invite people back....you get what im saying?
Personally i would tell people why i was leaving if i went to someones home and it was that bad i had to go, i dont think thats rude its just honest, it would be ruder of me to lie and make out i had to leave for the kids etc but thats just my opinion
We do all have different standards but but sometimes some things are best kept to ourselves because your profile is off putting, like it or not it will put lots of people off who may have perfectly good homes but to scared to invite you round incase your turn your nose up at them

As a single mother and a dog owner my house is clean if not alittle untidy due to kids toys and animals in the way as it is with most people that have one or the other i also dont invite people round as both of my dogs are big and scare most people But you cant judge everyone the same as some people might have the nices down stairs and the most untidy upstairs or evn the other way round you just never know and i hope the people you are talkin about block you as i think its rude to judge when you dont really know them |

Hahahahahaha! My flat is a tip most of the time. Not in a filthy way, but I'm a tad messy, which for someone with my level of CDO strikes even me as a bit odd, but I certainly wouldn't invite someone round without tidying up.
I'm not saying you should run your fingers along the top of my pictures, it's likely to come back dusty, but to be honest, I wouldn't do that in someone else's house so if someone did it in mine and mentioned then I'd most likely hand them a duster!
If I went into someone's house that was minging... and I mean minging then I'd be polite, not everyone has my standards and I have manners, but I certainly wouldn't be getting naked in skanky surroundings. I wouldn't expect that of anyone so I would leave prior to any naughties. |

The op has taken a bit of a slating for wanting a clean environment to play in. Is that really to much to ask?
Hes had a couple of bad experiencies recently, so hes had a rant on his profile and on here.
Ok he could have been a bit more discret, hopefully those meets dont read the forums.
But its not difficult to keep your home clean. Bleach cleans all. No need for fancy sprays.
Personally been lucky and never been in a minging house. Though did have a meet a long time ago, where the house smelled of a deep fat fryer, from the moment i walked in i could smell it and i couldnt stop smelling it, couldnt play the smell made me feel sick. |

I've had that with 2 different lads but they came to me. They were clean in themselves but it was on their clothes.
I don't have a deep fat fryer and if I need to cook something in a frying pan then it sends me febreezing crazy |
