On my second nightshift of three tonight and really can't be arsed!! These 12 hour shifts play havoc with your sleep and diet!
Any other shift workers feel like this? |

I work a combination of days, afternoons and nights so I’m always playing catch up on sleep, my diet consists of various takeaways whilst on the hop. Not good but it’s the nature of the beast. |

I do 5 x 9 hr shifts Tues to Sat nights each week.
Have done nights in 3 different careers on & off for 30 years. Would have thought I would be used to it by now but I'm not!
Tried transferring onto Days 2 yrs ago; within 6 months was going stir-crazy and moved back to Nights. |
