I pride myself on being someone who thinks before they act and I trust my intuition and judgment.
I make mistakes but I believe that at that time I acted in what I believe to be the right way.
So no, I wouldn't rewind. I would move on and move forward and if I had made a mistake I would own it and attempt to rectify it. |

I used to all the time but not anymore, anything that happens now is tomorrow past and all that. Although I do think I made my idiot colleague cry yesterday, I didn’t mean too but when we have inspectors in where we work and ALOT is riding on the results and she’s just sitting there not giving two fucks that everyone else has bent over backwards, forwards and any other way to make sure we pass, I kind of had to step in, I wasn’t nasty just asked to to get back to where she was meant to be, she rolled her eyes, got up and gave me the dirtiest of looks. (I did speak to her later in the day and we were all fine, she just doesn’t want to be told what to do, she even said to a resident today she preferred it the old way and she comes in, does what she has to and goes home....aghhhh!) anyway...
