In the last couple of years it's changed so that only one picture per profile can appear on hot pics but before that you could actually have more than one of your pictures there cos it's happened to me.
It changed to stop hot pics being filled with pictures of the same person.

There's also a regular there that has two single lady profiles and both have pics on page 1
So the answer OP is you can't have two pics from the same profile in there but there are ways round it |
