Sure. Sex is well known for creating happy chemicals within us. Feeing good is always going to help your state of mind. Sex is a great way to get over a hump so to speak. I’ve had no strings rebound sex before and it was amazing. Gives you something to block out all the shit from the crap relationship bullshit you’re dealing with!

My personal choice would be to have the rebound sex, at the very least it'll take your mind off the ex. And as a few have already pointed out, it'll boost your endorphins and put you in a much better mood with the added benefit of an orgasm |

I've done it before after breakups, only drama is when the person you've had rebound sex with starts getting clingy afterwards which is the last thing you want when you've just come out of a relationship |
