Whenever I got a groin strain playing football I always used to find stationary cycling helped it repair much more quickly. |

Plenty of rest and avoid exercise if possible that would likely recreate another injury - but may be easier said than done. You could alternate some cold and hot treatment to the area, to increase blood flow and healing. Gentle exercise, will help it to recover its strength. See a Physio if it's problematic. |
