When I have had it it stays hard the same time as without, once you climax it goes soft. I did find however that it was ready again very quickly and would stay hard until climax again if needed/stimulated.
Be aware though, it can get sore after a while and I ended up with a very swollen member. Wife loved it as it really did get quite fat. |

Personally, I’ve found it awesome. Your cock is basically always ready to “be” hard. It’s soft normally, you start playing with someone and get excited, bang, it’s there ready for action.
It takes about an hour to kick in and the effect lasts for about 12 hours (I.e. you’re always ready to get hard when you want to for up to 12 hours... rather than your cock “is” hard for 12 hours!!!)
