People who smoke that flick their ash all over the carpets deliberatly when there's an ashtray nearby.
People who don't clean up at dogging sites and leave all the evidence around to attract the attention of plod and council.
People that hawk up and gob all over the place.
People who think you are invisible and think they can just walk straight through you to get where they want - like when getting on and off trains
