This thread will be a bit niche.

I like hill walking but I also like a bit of scrambling too. Anyone else interested in this?

I’m thinking of another trip to Tryfan and Bristly ridge soon.

Where else is your favourite scramble?

I visit Cornwall quite a lot, coasteering is great fun. A mix of swimming and scrambling.

Please define "scrambling" and "bouldering" in this context.

Scrambling is a cross between walking and easy rock climbing and generally no rope needed and bouldering is pretty extreme climbing but on a boulder close to the ground.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time caving too, mainly in the mendips and South Wales.

Are there many cave systems in Cornwall? I thought it was mostly granite? And cave systems are generally in limestone.

Best Scramble has to be Tower Ridge on Ben Nevis or Aonach Eagach but the best grade 1 has to be Bochlwyd Horseshoe

Not for me, was up Snowdon the weekend seeing the lunatics climbing along Crib Goch looks total insanity.

Look's like a quick route to the morgue.
