Working? (I did nights for years, so my sympathies) Being a stop-out (walk of shame in the morning, and on a school night, too!) Or insomnia like me?
I have a lot going on at work, and my brain is buzzing. |

"Not a flipping clue lovely. I woke an hour ago. Couldn’t sleep so gave in and turned the phone on. 2 hours til my alarm so hopefully I can catch another hours sleep. Hope you manage some too x"
My alarm goes off at 05.30...30 mins extra!
Thank you, and you, too x |

I set an alarm for 6:30 to make sure I was up for 7. I woke up before it went off
Apparently it's only possible for me to either wake up too early or completely sleep through my alarm, there is no middle ground. |
