Trying again (definition of insanity is...  )
Feeling a sort of happy tired, slightly sore, after a good gym session today. After quiet, possibly silent, company. Platonic shoulder, neck and scalp rubs, or cuddles welcome. Or just sitting quietly being together. I've got warm milk and herbal tea.
