Some people use it as a "notlist", so notifications might not be the best idea

I use it to keep track of people for different reasons, so if it were known you were on my hotlist, it probably wouldn't be for the reason the thought (or dreaded)

Why not just bloke people if your not interested in them and don’t want to talk etc.?

Had never thought to use it as a not list.

I didn't realise that you still show on a hotlist as being online when you've hidden your profile till someone kept messaging me the second I came online!

Because my block list is so long it rolls out forever. My keep an eye list is shorter, so I can see them easier

You can’t click on a profile though so shouldn’t show when you was last active or if you was. Only shows your name and profile pic I think..?

Ohhh I wasn’t aware of this. Just flags up on my screen says that it’s hidden then I go back never looked into it cause If someone hides it to me means they don’t want to be messaged constantly lol
