My point remains: we are not all attracted to the same things. If she was more attractive than she is now (on whatever metric you are using to judge) it could be enough to make her less attractive to the person/type of person she is attracted to.

Some people look beyond visual , obviously lifestyle and comparatibility plays a huge part, but I’ve met many men and women and thought OMG they are beautiful, only to find out after knowing their personality that they are not so nice, so in terms I found them very unattractive, and vice versa for people I’ve not found visually attractive, but have beautiful souls , I’ve found them very much more so attractive

It isn't but that doesn't suit your argument. My last tuppence on this is that just on the small Fab forum population body size will divide into those who find one or another attractive. Changing would just change who finds you attractive, not that you or they would be more attractive.
