Personally I hate memory foam; it just gets hot and sweaty.
If you have a decent budget check out John Ryan by Design online. Their mattresses are excellent and their website has a huge amount of info on mattresses even if you don't want to buy from then.
For instance I didn't know that the appropriate firmness of a mattress is dependent on body weight (not your personal preference). |

I don't want two singles and I prefer a king sized bed.
Budget wise I'm not bothered as I'm happy to spend on something decent to ensure a good nights sleep |
