Thick. And no adding milk after it’s cooked and in the bowl so you have an island of porridge. That’s just wrong.

Salt is the Welsh version I pukked on it when in Wales thought it was sugar...

My Scottish nan used to make the best porridge ever with water and salt. Thick and creamy with extra cream to serve and honey
