I would love to take a month out of work and backpack across Asia but doubt that will happen . So Naa nothing just work ??

Because it's extremely hard to get a decent paying job in that field unless you're willing to spend lots of time volunteering or interning. And I'm completely burnt out by it. But I have developed lots of useful transferable skills which will hopefully be helpful in getting a job that can support my family.
