If people are hard to come by, consider having your first or so, at a club. You may potentially then benefit from others in the club, rather than fickle attendees who state they are coming.

I can't see many people letting a guy they've never met before arrange a gang hang for them, there's no verifications to say you've done this before, that's you'd know how to handle the situation if trouble broke out, guys were being pushy,
Are you looking for bare or condoms, what are you plans for no shows, are you baring the cost of the hotel? do you plan to take part, what will happen/who will have the rights to the video/images taken?
It feels like fantasy rather than a thought out plan & they'd be the questions I'd be wanting answered if I someone was arranging something for me |

My plan is to find interested ladies first and speak with them. I would like to understand what they want and build the evening around them.
I know a few security guards and also how vetting works for ID and safety. I would book a hotel and request a minimum donation fee for costs and the ladies expenses.
I would speak to each male and get full passport to information on record.

I see that you have mentioned hotel will be booked. From my experience of arranging gang bangs for couples and the odd lady now and again, they have been far more comfortable with the event taking place in the comfort of your own home. It tends to send out all the right messages that it's happening in a safe and secure environment. Also requests to chip in for the room cost can indicate to one or two guys that it's merely a front for what's actually a woman on the game. Meet the lady or the couple first and that was you know that at least you are all comfortable with each other. Then select your guys, but make sure that you are well over subscribed with guys because, if you invite thirty, and three actually turn up, you will have had a good showing. You'll probably find too that organising things in your own home will result in you forming close friendships with the people involved, and open up a lot of doors for you as word gets on the street that you are an okay kind of guy. |
