The AGENDER for our SEXY SANTA CHRSTMAS WEEKEND.
Friday 19th arrive in your christmas jumper/t-shirts anytime after 3pm address info will be shared privately prior.
Later we will do a couple of icebreaker games and ask our guests to wear your sexy matching christmas pjs and bring your fav pizza for our pizza evening.
Then the night will roll with music as you mingle chat n flirt the night away.
SATURDAY
We encourage you to enjoy York for last min gifts or enjoy the Christmas Market it is highly recommended.
Later at a time to suit we shall gather again and between us we will organise a chinese banquet takeaway.
The dresscode this evening is SEXY SANTA for everyone then SECRET SANTA will take place. We encourage each guest to bring ONE WRAPPED UNISEX GIFT for this with ideas like drinks, chocolate,lube or sex toy ect (please add ideas bwlow).
We have more short simple games to share and get you in the mood for laughter fun and more.
Sexy Santa will make his appearance and there will be a photo opportunity on his knee the lucky sod!!
Laughter, memories and ample fun will be high on the agender this weekend but we have NO EXPECTATIONS and hope you will join in and enjoy the weekend as we shall also.

UPDATE
We have decided to include the Sunday night as an extra.
If any weekend guest would like to join us for this plus a Christmas Roast dinner 4pm Sunday then let us know ..there is an additional cost.
Sunday evening we are hosting a FULL ON party WITH NEW GUESTS AS WELL AS WEEKEND GUESTS THAT CHOOSE TO STAY Or party and leave,
All Couples and singles must arrive before 8pm and by 8.30pm everyone will be dressed down and ready to have fun.
Guys this means into your boxers or naked.
Ladies in your dress down or underware.
There are a couple of places to stay over for new guests so please ask.
New guests joining us fees will apply.
Interested then come chat.

All The Naughty Santa weekent information has now been shared and you will of noticed that we have been upgraded due to issues ...let me know if there are any problems ...meanwhile that lets enjoy the final weekend before christmas x
Then there's the filthy Sunday ...for our additional guests i will share information over that weekend..x
You are all in for a real treat!!

Just wanting to say even though I left early, I just wanted to say thank you to all who made me feel welcomed on Friday evening. It was lovely seeing you all and if I'm lucky for another invite, I may not be so anxious. Have yourselves a lovely Christmas x |

Well what can i say about this event
FIRSTLY THE MOST AMAZING VENUE which Wowed everyone of us on arrival, we were all still amazed a few hours later too. From driving down a private drive to an amazing entrance. High ceiling rooms. Warm and cosy rooms even without the 2 log fires on in the lounge and sitting rooms...An imaculate entrance with period shutters and a giant front door. Each couple had their own double room too which isnt always guareenteed ..JUST PERFECT.
The GUESTS were all very respectful of each other, the property and the rules that MADAME ALI expected from us.
Super games had us engaged every night and the Strip Poker was everyones favourite it seemed..
The Food
Day one was a simple PIZZA night
DAY 2 was a chinese banquet
DAY 3 the most amazing 3 COURSE CHRISTMAS DINNER was out this world thanks to CHEF Alec and his elfers.
The final evening was the FUCK FEST
lots of extra guests joined us, all respectful of the venue and other guests just WOW again..
Anyway that was my BEST SO FAR ...but then IS IT???
I cannot wait till the next CAMPING EVENT IN JUNE.....SOOOO im thinking WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN OUR NEXT WEEKEND AWAY around Easter?
These events arent CHEAP but you do get value for money, the wow factor and MORE ..WATCH OUR PROFILE for info.

What can you say that hasn't already been said about the Vicarage party.
This was a 5 star swinging experience from start to finish!!
The venue my goodness coming up the drive thinking Im surely not in the right place - wow!
The whole weekend was simply incredible! Venue guests and the general vibe was just an incredible experience x

Not only are these events worth the cost, the laid back, respectful and welcoming group of people is immeasurable. These guys deliver, every single time.  every attendee has the utmost respect for each other. Very comfortable to be around, particularly if you struggle with confidence or other anxieties xx |
