Could only deduce a few things for the criteria for an invite; post in the forums, be a tea drinker and open to chat and have the same mindset as 'alice' (slightly deranged).

If that's all it takes then I'm pretty sure I'm eligible.

Hello all

Been aware of this STP malarkey for quite a while now.

Thinking I might try to get to London in the next few months if work picks up soon and finances allow. Frankly, it’s been way too long since I last ventured from the wilds of Wales and bestrode that fine city like a colossus.

If I am able to make it up there, the idea of spending time with you mob, scoffing cakes and droning on at length sounds very enticing,

That said - I’d probably just sit there with a glazed look on my face from hours wandering around gazing at all the “shiny things”

I’m not thinking of the next one (even if there were spaces), just really expressing an interest in future ones and saying hello.

Hope the above drivel is acceptable

The organisers keep the location secret until a few days before but it’s usually always a venue easy to get to via tube x
