BLACKPOOL ROAD TRIP 5TH-7TH APRIL 2019!

DATE...5th-7th April! (Or just the 6th if you’re unable to do the full weekend).
Social night (with a bit of naughty thrown in) around Blackpool on Friday (5th).
Club SX on Saturday (6th) for their event night!
After numbers of who’s interested for now.
Posting early so we have time to save, plan, book accommodation/travel, arrange childcare etc.
Last years road trip was amazing so its going to be a hard 1 to beat but I'm sure we can do it

Hi all!!
I’ve been speaking to a couple on fab that have a hotel in Blackpool.
Its adults only, includes a continental breakfast, has a cheap bar, A HOT TUB AND HAS PLAY ROOMS!! ??
The price per ensuite double room with breakfast and use of facilities is £50 per night BUT they have said we can rent out the whole hotel for the 2 nights for £700 all in.
The hotel sleeps 21 in the rooms but they also have crash mats for any extras ??
I’m hoping to get enough people (18) together so it works out about £40 per person for the 2 nights, if there’s anymore then the price will go down xx |

Hope everyones ok with this but I think it’s going to be the best way of doing it.
I’m going to charge everyone £50pp for the hotel for the full weekend which works out that the £700 will be split between 14 people.
We could potentially have another 10 people on top of that which will get the price down to about £30pp.
Instead of trying to sort out the difference owed to the 1s already booked if and when others do I’ll keep it to 1 side and put it behind the bar for the 1st few drinks? Xx |
