Go to settings safari and scroll down to location and make sure it’s enabled there

Also click on the two A’s on the left of the address bar select website settings and check location in there for fab

I'm using a Galaxy S20, also consider looking at the top left of the screen. There is a little padlock next to the star. Click on that and enable location that way
