Why when I try to watch a video over 38 seconds, it stops and will not carry on playing? Help

In an earlier thread about this issue chrome was a recommended browser

In most of these threads its suggested the browser is the issue, it makes no logical sense that ALL of the different browsers mentioned, across a multitude of devices ALL develop the same problem..and it only happrns on this site
