I can no longer seem to be able to use mobile chat unless on WiFi despite being a site supporter any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like its probably to do with your mobile phone network security, many have started automatic restrictions on adult content. There should be a permissions option in your settings somewhere to allow it.
