Unlikely to get the mobile cam working to the chatrooms.
I think the mobiles needs a special java
applets of some sort to open the camera and upload to chatrooms.
Viewing chatrooms on the mobiles is not to good either on my Sensation. / J |

You can view cams if you download Flash. You can't get it from Play store, you have to go the Adobe site and download it. I had problems like push ads and draining battery life with it, but others have said their phone is fine with it.
However, I don't think there is anything that can use your phone camera as a web cam. |
