Please can we have an email system that operates like any other with search, sort and delete. It is so frustrating being unable to search history for a conversation

And also a one that you can see all your messages without having to delete some to make them come on to the first page.

And aslo one that you don't have to refresh your browser to find out if the person that you are talking to has responded.
