I recently upgraded from S6 to S8 but cant get on site on phone ... Still on O2 so thats not the problem

O2 may have changed changed your contact and enabled adult content blocking. If you can access the site via WiFi but not via mobile data that is probably the issue.

This issue only occured when i switched to new phone I was with 02 before...very frustration

Upgrade will have defaulted the adult restrictions. Just ring them to remove it
