If you use Firefox or Waterfox you can stretch the box as big as you like by dragging the corner but yes a bigger size by default would be nice. |

That may work on the PC. Not on mobiles. |

Changing the text size itself doesn't make the box any bigger.
When you compose a message you get 8 lines of text. Using the textarea of the box I'm typing in right this second, there is 10 lines. That's like 25% more for the forums than in messages.
To change the height in the CSS is a tiny change taking less time than it has to type this and would be a huge change in the feeling of the site  |
