I cannot get this feature to work on my samsung A5 as i dont have the 'clear settings' it asks for. My location is always on,why does this feature not work? Would be useful as in GC and have no idea who is about!!

Gran Canaria to Chester is further than that!

There have been a number of threads about Samsung phones and location issues, have a look at this one

Still not working, tried everything short of actually going into a phone shop and asking one of their tech guys to sort it out... wonder how that would go lol x

I had the same issue using Firefox... just gone onto Samsung internet works perfect.

Had same problem in GC.

Go on to Google maps and set your location it resets your phone location it works don't know why but that's Samsung for you lol

The location is from your home address if you want to see who is near, try putting who is mobile near me on, then when you search an area that you are near it should give a better distance. If that makes sence
