Is Location turned on in your phone settings?
Have you also got Who’s Near turned on here?

If your mobile phone settings allow location to be shown, in addition to your web browser settings having this too - and potentially even checking the site specific settings that it uses for Fab, then it's sometimes worth clearing your location 'cache' in the settings. The cache will store all of the location information that the phone has retained, whilst you've been moving about.
Alternatively, you could try a different web browser on your phone: most are free and you might find that one of the others works, whilst your standard one doesn't. You'll need to ensure its settings are set for Fab to receive your location info of course.
For very specific help, it could clarify your situation, for people helping you, as well as Fab (if they're reviewing which phones/operating systems are the most problematic) if you state your phone model, your operating system and the web browser that you're using. |
