Have a wonderful time. I'd agree with the advice about Greymouth (depressing place - always raining) and also give Haast a wide berth - creeepy!
Queenstown is great for the young or young-at-heart - it's a really vibrant place and has a great buzz.

Cheers. I will be cycling the west coast of south. At least thru drive on left too. I need to get more training in too. That's goin to be the hard part |
