Well, if they were a clothes brand they would have been rebranded long ago.
But as they are political movement they'll be Tory whatever you call them.
Not sure Britain has much of a choice.
Politics as is, is getting old and worn out now.
Something new is needed, may be things done more on a local level rather than national.
Some people and areas get left behind on a National level.
Have a Representative Committee rather than one figure head prime minister.

The covid19 approach has been a disaster. We were behind Italy, Spain and France, so had forewarning and more time to prepare, at a similar level with Germany, and we then sink to the depths. We have had failure after failure. Germany who we were equal with, acted intelligently. We've been led by a highly dangerous pack who have only shown incompetence.
Johnson is in thrall to those who pay his party's funds. It's not the everyday person. An elite expensive education polished a turd, a little bit.
Late lockdown, after the herd immunity plan was pushed aside, cost tens of thousands of lives. They ignored thousands of people in care homes, despite expert advice from February and March. Then sent many from hospital to share or acquire illness in homes.
They closed regional tracking and tracing teams in March, despite countries like South Korea using tracking as an essential part of beating the virus. We open a £90 million private deal to try it in June and are told it may be effective in September.
Botched everything at every step. Squandered time, £billions and thousands of lives, all by doing something different to most of the world and certainly different to those who have been successful.
All the time without any remorse or likely recognition of how atrocious they are.
Couldn't have been handled much worse really. Most of the public think it's been poorly handled too. |

I have a totally different take and ideal for politics, a huge cost saver to the tax payer, a massive boost for the community , and the most current in touch thinking allowing common sense to be applied to everyday issues.
House of Lords needs abolishing. It’s a back door route to ensure the rich elite stay rich and the common man cannot topple it.
Political parties and career politicians all need sacking, no payout, no buy off they’ve all had enough, way more than their fare share.
Now for the clever part....., our country is ran by and governed by law, we all accept this , our judicial system is regarded amongst the best in the world.
That’s our business model, every year 100 people are summoned to government service for a 3 year tenure just like Jury service, it is a staggered approach, first year 200 of the majority parties stay until the system is rolling,
Next year 100 more summoned to service and so on.
Just like jury service these people will be upstanding individuals from a cross section of society.
The governance will have direct access to the justice system for advice and advocacy,
All votes will be made by the majority with no abstinence allowed.
All policies will be read monthly by the monarchy.
All parliamentary candidates will be paid a matched wage to their current salary, remember there will be a huge cross section of society here and the idea is not to profit but equally not to lose out.
Jobs are to be held open for the period of tenure of these parliamentary workers .

This is one of the drawbacks of this project. Ive also seen the documentary where a leading manager was sacked for pointing out the inaccuracy of the feasibility study and the cost involved being way under estimate |

The majority of voters didn't actually vote for Johnson's Conservative Party. It's only true to say that more voters voted for Johnson's Conservative Party than any other party. |

People are blind they harp on about the Tories while not seeing why people did not want labour,they walk around praising Corbin lol ,I am a working class man ,and I will not vote labor they dont give a toss about the working class ,there cry is nationalise every thing and we will pay for it not the rich , remember the 70s that should teach you all you want about labor , |

HS2 is infrastructure investment, you know, that thing we need to make enough money to pay for everything. The paint job is part of a planned refurb, wouldn't be that much cheaper to paint it the same shade of grey so why not make the most of the opportunity. And there isn't any sodding money left, what's being spent now bowing to peer pressure is all on tick, you, me and our children will be paying for this for decades to come. When you are old and gray and have a shit pension to live on, remember where the country spent it all.
Wrong! HS2 is a vanity project. Usually a solution is found to a problem.
HS2 is building it for sake of it, i.e finding/inventing a problem for the solution.
