Yes he was in charge of the FCA. He was heavily criticised for the failure of the FCA to conduct a investigation and stop the operators of Blackmore Bond selling and fraudulently fleecing investors of their savings.
Despite this he got promoted to the top job in finance, not what you know but who. |
