He’s never out of the new these days is he?

Latest is that he has been hit with a civil verdict that means all told (with interest and other fees) he is going to need to cough up in the region of $400 million.

Next in March is his criminal fraud suit for falsifying accounts when paying off Stormy Daniels. Anyone know what will happen to him if he is found guilty in that case?

People who support the GOP, the party of law and order seem to think the more laws he's breaking, the more electable he is.

The hush money case is the least serious of the 3 cases left… in theory if found guilty he could face a prison term,.. his right hand man Michael Cohen got 3 years in jail for in effect the same case! in practice though because he would be treated as if he is a “ first time offender” he would likely get a fine and a suspended sentence…. Or a very light jail term

The problem with this case going first though is that if he is found guilty in this one… he won’t get the “first time offender” discount which means those cases would have added years onto those sentences

Do you think the Georgia case will go ahead even if Fani Willis somehow gets removed? And do you think that the Supreme Court might help Trump out by considering the Presidential Immunity argument and just staying the case until it is too late to be tried before the election?

I just feel that he is slippery enough to avoid these two cases - though I sincerely hope he is held to account.

The Georgia case is kinda “3rd in the queue” so to speak.. and because it’s a rico case with multiple people being done at the same time the more of the 18 that they can peel off ( I think 4 so far have agree to plead guilty to lesser charges) the quicker it will get to trail before the election…

In a perfect world, I think everyone would have preferred the January 6th case go first, and if the sentence in that one was long enough if found guilty they would have dropped all the others…

But if I am a betting man… hush money is due to start March 25…. But …. If SCOTUS comes back very very quickly with a decision in the presidential immunity matter and don’t take the case , you could see New York defer their case to let the jan 6th case go first in early May…

Otherwise at the moment you are looking at hush money March 25, jan 6th July ish, documents case October…
