It didn’t work last time and in the end he basically ended up having to bail out us farmers to the tune of 30bn
The interesting thing about the Chinese retaliation so far is that’s basically on stuff they can already get cheaper from elsewhere like energy oil and gas ( for example from Russia) …. This was just a warning shot… if they were to soya beans on the list for example, that is when it gets serious! |
