The background to this is going to be interesting to hear.

A 21 year old Ukrainian and now a 26 year old Romanian charged with arson.

The questions are obvious, how would they know a car that was no longer registered to Starmer, used to be Starmer's 12 months ago?

Starmer's main residence before he moved to Downing st, could be easier to find I would imagine. However the property he owns that is rented as flats, I would imagine not so easy to find.

I could throw out a guess that one of them used to rent one of the flats, other than that tenuous link I have nothing....
