Russian bombers in flames - Putins next move?
Jump to: Newest in thread
The footage of Ukrainian drones hitting the Russian bombers. Reported 40 planes hit on four air bases.
A year and half in planning apparently. The drones hitting military aircraft 2900 miles into Russia.
Will Putin take this on the chin or a large response coming ?

Putin will kill more people indiscriminately, women, children and babies are all fair game to him..
Trump will say some harsh words maybe as Putin continues to play him like a string puppet..
It's a novel attack by Ukraine which shows no matter what Russia's hierarchy says that they are vulnerable as a state which has always been one of their claims.. |

There often seems to be a slight air of desperation to these types of attack from Ukraine.
They seem more focused on making a big media splash than achieving anything of any military value that would improve the situation in Ukraine.
Maybe because they are beholden to foreign money, they feel the need to keep demonstrating to their paymasters that they are getting some bang for their bucks. |

Making your enemy look foolish in their own eyes, and making the enemy populace feel unsafe in their own homes is of immense military value. |

Agreed, a well planned out and executed attack using much cheaper kit and no personnel at risk ..
Funny enough we did the same when we took out the dams although the cost was high for us and the strategic affects minimal the attack was a success.. |

Is humiliating Putin, that’s always a good result.
Ukraine don’t have the firepower to take out a significant number of the tens of thousands of tanks and trucks being used by the Russians. Not anywhere near enough to make a significant difference. Kiev will no doubt pay a heavy price for this but what other option is there? Giving in? |

Yeh Pootin will take revenge, but Ukraine should hit back again only harder.
Blow up his childhood home, his grandparents home and anything sacred and close to him,as he has done to innocent Ukranians. Make him cry like a baby. |

"Hasn't NATO already said if he pops a nuke, then they will get involved"
Plus, I wonder how many nukes he would have to drop before one actually worked. In 2021 the USA spent $50 Billion on just maintaining their stockpile of nukes, while Russia spent $60 Billion on their entire military, including their nukes that year. |
