Border of London

Will the border dispute (with F-16s now deployed) escalate and/or drag in regional powers, our will it remain localised?

This is actually an unexpected escalation - although there are land disputes, bringing in the air force and artillery seems pretty excessive.

Terra Firma

It reads to me like there is a lack of understanding surrounding the actual activities of the soldiers on the ground. It wouldn't surprise me if a group of soldiers crossed the border unintentionally and stumbled into the other.

Whatever caused the fighting, it feels like the response escalated too quickly.

Plymouth

The Thai Prime Minister is suspended from duty.

The Cambodian Prime Minister is recently appointed and dependant upon his ex-PM father’s authority.

Both would benefit from a war, just like the leaders in the Israel/Gaza and the Russia/Ukraine conflicts do.

Patriotism unites people in support of war-time leaders.

The land dispute which is the cause of the conflict has been settled by the International Court Of Justice in favour of Cambodia. The Thai government refuses to accept the ruling.

And so to war.

Sad.

Good.

I've invested in many military supplies because i see many more conflicts happening across the globe.

It's good for business
