Anyone sick of seeing the diversity barriers you see around Christmas markets and football matches? The diversity barriers that stop people driving their car into people who doesnt share the same culture.

Do you think diversity will ever be fixed?

1313 Mockingbird Lane…

Er I think the dude who rammed his car into people at the Liverpool FC's victory parade wasn’t “of another culture”.

Unfortunately it’s in people’s mind set but I think in the future it will fade as times change, take swinging once laughed at now loved by all.

I don't quite understand this...?

We're never all going to be the same -diversity is baked in to the human condition. And, all the better for it. We typically don't thrive as isolated units or gangs, wanting no contact with others, etc

"I don't quite understand this...?"

Well I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.

Diversity will never be "fixed" because it isn't broken. Maybe "narrow mindedness" could get "fixed" one day.

PS It's good to see that irony is alive and well, though. The OP's profile describes himself as open minded and "straight". With multiple veris from other guys.

So why are Jews so scared of diversity? I'll tell you, because they're being targeted. They have been shot down on Bondi Beach and England is working all the time to prevent Jews from bing murdered.

All Jews? Think by lumping everyone into groups you are illustrating the biggest issue surrounding diversity.

Are you meaning inclusion, with diversity? I'm still not really getting it. When I was younger, I had the horrific Soho bomb go off, round the corner from where I was. The extremely loud blast was terrifying but the sights of blood and injuries were of course much worse. Andrea Dykes, who was four months pregnant, was killed, whilst there with her husband - their unborn baby was killed too

That day highlighted inclusion, or diversity and people came together, following the atrocities caused by a neonazi against communities he wanted removed.

Coming from a Jewish family, I stand together with anyone who supports the wellbeing of everyone, rather than just select groups.

People should stand together, but they don't. Hence the murders that are going on, just as you said. You're on about people standing together who don't murder people... which is strange. I want everyone to stand together but it is evident that this does not happen. Hence diversity didn't work.

Diversity is not the issue, there are approximately 7 billion of us and we are not the same, we are all 'diverse'.

Its those that group together and follow an ideology that advocates violence thats the problem. Most people are just fine and I believe you should treat everyone like you would like to be treated.

Its just the small minority that cause the biggest problems for the rest of us. Diversity is not a problem its a blessing,

Try telling that to the people of Bondi Beach and the Jews that are scared. A huge attack was foiled in Manchester just a few weeks ago. So try telling Jews they'll be fine. Don't gaslight people.

Jews are diverse, and love diversity. Jews have famously gotten along well with many cultures. What Jews fear (and what you seem to be getting at) is cultures who want to commit violence/etc. against them. This has included Babylonians, Assyrians, Romans, English, Spanish, Catholics, Orthodox, Nazis... And most recently a subset of Muslims. Which is probably what you mean by "diversity".

You're 100% right that Jews are concerned by rising levels of threat from that particular community. But that's not a diversity issue, per se. It's a very specific issue. Jews tend to get along very well with Hindu/Sikh Indians, for example. Or Christian Africans. Or Chinese, Kazakh and Japanese people. So it's not diversity that's the issue.

If what you're saying is that we should get rid of other cultures, then shouldn't the Jews fear you? You will need to be a little more clear, because presumably that's not what you're saying.

Without the diversity and mixture of, say, Arab and Indian culture, Europeans would still be using Roman Numerals.

By saying 'most people' get along shows that there isn't a problem with diversity. Thats because the larger a number means diversity increases and if 'most people' het along diversity cannot be the problem.

Hope this helps,

Wow that escalated quickly. I don't want to get rid of anyone but anti diversity people. The anti diversity people are the ones killing people, unfortunately they are also part of our diversity cities.

I just decided to get rid of myself by living in a non diverse town 😄 🤣 😂 😆 it makes me feel more safe. I'm just highlighting a problem that needs fixing ASAP!!

Because of diversity, it made Leicester the 2nd richest city in Europe after World War 2, so I know the benefits my family seen from it. However its now broken and needs fixing ASAP!!!

How? Not mathematically. The problems your describing are with tiny groups of people. Bonding 2 people. The unsuccessful terrorist attempt, 4 people. So both are not very diverse at all. Diversity is not an issue. Radical theological terrorism is but thats not practised by the majority of any group, well not that I can think of.

Fear of such attacks, is confined to small groups of terrorists not large numbers of people, tge minority not the majority.

So I think you are wrong unless have other feelings about majorities which may be more of an issue for you rather than them,

You haven't got an understanding of what diversity means. Living in Merseyside we have a very diverse population, and being Irish I include myself in this.

Liverpool has large communities of differing groups, in fact I think it has the largest Chinese community, if not in Europe I think in England. And yet we dont seem to have much issues with the different ethic communities on Merseyside.

Its not the majority its a minority problem. Most people are nice by nature, even those in Leicester, something I witnessed myself when we lived in Market Harborough and visited Leicster.

Nobody is gaslighting you. You've even hit on why diversity is not an issue, I just dont think you realise this those.

By saying 'most people' get along shows that there isn't a problem with diversity. Thats because the larger a number means diversity increases and if 'most people' het along diversity cannot be the problem.

Hope this helps,

Mrs x

You're wrong.

Mrs x

Mrs x

It's a lot bigger than you think. Look, if your fine living with it that's up to you, enjoy. I don't like people killing people because of their differences. I don't want to live amongst it so I got rid of myself to an amazing town. I just hate coming back to Leicester seeing it accept the failing of diversity. When I look at them diversity barriers at the Leicester ground, it makes me so sad it's got to this.

Mrs x"

I lived in Leicester most of my life, I know what diversity is. Liked how it was and hate it how it is now.

I feel far more enriched living in a quaint English town, Stratford-upon-Avon. Cheers 🍻 I feel so enriched there 😄 🤣 😂 😆 try it some time. Its so good there, that people visit all the time, it thrives on tourism its that non diverse 🍻 🍻 🍻

There's almost zero diversity in Market Harborough 😄 🤣 😂 😆 a very English town.

If that's how you feel that it's working, great. I hope you feel enriched by the trouble that goes on.

You are giving some racist vibes here because although you havent mentioned it your reference to Leicster seems like you are directing the problems you perceive on one particular group.

I say this because you mentioned other incidents which have seen atrocities committed by people of a certain faith. A faith popular in Leicster, so are you saying the problem in Leicster is caused by Muslims because it does seem you are inferring this?

I'm referring to all groups who will murder people because of their hate of diversity.

Sorry, I said earlier it was Muslims v Sikhs in Leicester, it was Muslims v Hindus so that's 2 groups causing problems. So I can't direct it at 1 group if there are 2 groups involved 😄 🤣 😂 😆 😄 🤣

They are security bollards, and their purpose is to prevent harm caused by vehicles being driven into crowds by terrorists.

A terrorist doesn't care who is hit, there is no picking and choosing the culture of the person the car hits and doesn't hit....

By saying its a group, you are ignoring that people are individuals and are different from one another. Yet you 'tar' them all with the same brush.

If its not the majority, it's the minority. Just blame them.

And if it is not the majority its not a diversity problem, its this attitude that perpetuates 'racism' but those espousing it cannot see this.

A terrorist does care who it hits, they aim it at the people they don't like. They care about killing people using a vehicle.

Can we agree that all people who want to live a happy and tolerant life, give back to the community and make the world (and the UK ) better, are welcome in the UK?

And that the intolerant arseholes who want to hurt/kill others for political, religious or racial reasons should be not allowed in, and shipped elsewhere?

I blame ever group and everyone that there are groups out there that want to kill people because of their differences. I blame Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, atheists and all the other groups that make cities diverse. It is all our fault for not making this work, we should have integrated better to prevent all this. We all let this happen by ignoring the issues in society. It will get worse because we failed.

What's the answer? I don't know, that's why I got out of a diverse city because I don't want to be a part of the mess anymore.

Even Jews are leaving for Isreal and many more will leave. They are being targeted the most, clearly diversity isn't working well for them is it? Smell the coffee please.

It is everyone, it's how we interact with people in society every day. We clearly didn't do it good enough.

For example, look at Leicester City Football Club. There are good players. However it's failed. We were supposed to be an established Premier league team a Vichai (RIP) set out for. Yes we had great times winning the league however were playing shit in the championship, it's failed.

Just like diversity, it has been great, but now failed. All I'm doing is highlighting the problem, if we don't highlight it we will never sort it out. Although I do believe it's gone beyond repair with diversity. I'm not wasting anymore of my time on diversity, hence I left Leicester.

If diversity is so enriching, why have I left Leicester? If it was so good I wouldn't have left for a place where there is little to zero diversity...

My family moved from Russia and chose Leicester because it was great, and diversity did that. Its now failed so I'm out. Prove me wrong.

They have no idea who they are hitting, it could be their mother who decided to go shopping.

The idea is to create terror.

If you are talking about specifically targeting a group, a car and bollards isn't going to that, but that wouldn't have given you the diversity barriers tag line....

Leicester has been culturally, and racially diverse since the 60's....with remarkably few problems in that respect.

It has the same problems that all similar sized places have but that has nothing to do with the it's racial/ cultural makeup. The problems the other year were the result of the politics of the sub continent causing unrest in the city.

Fuck knows what the footie has to do with it...simple gross mismanagement from Top,Rudkin and Whelan.

Logically, you should end yourself once you're no longer contributing to the society, being that you have not contributed to a generation to support your old age.

Of course that's not true, but it illustrates why not having children isn't necessarily the kind or logical course of action.

As well as my continued existence as a taxpayer, there are also, fortunately, hard working immigrants to support me and, more importantly, there to support all of Britain's unproductive baby factories who have never done a day's work in there life and don't intend to change that if they can help it.

As you allude, having children children isn't necessarily a logical course of action other than perhaps swelling the eventual number of VAT payers!
